From the Ground Up

I just picked a pair of these baby's up. Love 'em. 

You see, I like to walk. The longer the distance the better. I love walking until the soles of my feet burn and my thigh muscles and leg joints sing with pain (circa the three mile mark). 

I should also mention live in Canada, where Mother Nature goes on "medication vacations" and manifests her moody, chilly bi polar personality like a proud peafowl parades her plumage. 

Sleet, sludge, black ice, followed by a splash of warm sunshine and then a hailstorm. That's an average summer day in Southern Ontario for you.

But neither of us are here to talk about the weather.
